I am in the process of buying your shed. Along with the purchase of the shed I will be having a cement slab poured. My question is (1. instead of having the entire cement slab poured in a 20 X 8 configuration I was thinking maybe I would have a portion of concrete left out ( 10 X 8) so that the entire shed would fit into the part of the cement that was left out.I would still put the shed on wood 4 X 4 with a sheet of plywood for strength. My reason for doing this is by having the cement slab open for the shed to fit into the height of the shed floor and the cement would be the same. The cement slab would be 4 inch thick. This would make it easier for me to get my lawn mower and snow blower into the shed without having to lifting them into the shed. Have you ever heard of this idea? I would really like an answer soon as we will be having the concrete poured soon. -

I personally have never heard of this option and I am not quite sure it would work. Please see your instruction manual for recommended base prep.
Thanks,
